Full payment is due at the time of purchase or as specified in your service agreement. We accept major credit/debit cards and secure electronic payments. Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.
For custom window treatment orders, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of order placement. The remaining balance must be paid before delivery or installation unless other arrangements are agreed upon in writing.
Orders for non-customized items may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Custom orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours due to the personalized production process.
Refunds are available for products or services that are defective, damaged upon delivery, or incorrectly fulfilled. Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item or service and provide clear photographic documentation. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.

Non-customized, unopened merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be authorized in advance and shipped at the customer’s expense unless the return is due to our error.
